Viktor Werner is a PhD researcher at the Universität Hamburg (Germany). His work focuses on the investigation of basic mathematical competencies of deaf children at beginning of elementary school. In particular, his research focuses on the patterning skills of deaf and hearing children. In addition, Viktor Werner is a math teacher in the bimodal-bilingual program at the school for the deaf and hard of hearing in Hamburg (Elbschule).
