Farida Nurhasanah received a Doctorate degree in Mathematics Education from the Indonesia University of Education, Indonesia in 2018. She is a lecturer and researcher at Sebelas Maret University, Indonesia. Her research interests include mathematical abstraction, teaching and learning geometry, teaching mathematics using technology, teaching mathematics through games, STEM and STEAM education, and the Teacher Professional Development Program. She is actively involved in TPD programs initiated by the government as well as non-profit organizations. She is a former Deputy Director for Program in SEAMEO for QITEP in Mathematics.
