I am an indigenous person belonging to the Kankana-ey group of people in northern Philippines. I teach mathematics at the University of the Philippines Baguio and my research interest is in ethnomathematics. My advocacies include Indigenous Peoples' education, Indigenous Peoples' Rights, and disaster response and development services for the Indigenous peoples of the Cordillera region.
