Dr. Wendy Smith (they/she) is a research professor of mathematics and director of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Center for Science, Mathematics, and Computer Education. Dr. Smith studies institutional change and how to initiate and sustain more equitable and inclusive teaching and learning in the mathematical sciences.
