Tandin Wangdi is a PhD candidate at RMIT University. His field of study is on the topic "Reflective Practice of Bhutanese Secondary Mathematics Teachers". He completed his M.Ed from University of Western Australia, WA in 2012 and B.Ed from Samtse College of Education, Bhutan in 2006. He was a mathematics teacher, a school leader and an Education Monitoring Officer with Ministry of Education, Bhutan for last 16 years.
