Dr. Melanie Fields is an associate professor of curriculum and instruction at Texas A&M University -Commerce. As a teacher educator, she works with secondary STEM pre-service teachers. Her research interests include examination of teacher preparation to practice and implementation of research based teaching practices among the secondary STEM graduates.
