Marshall has been a mathematics educator for the past 15 years in Australian secondary schools. He has an appreciation for a variety of learning approaches ranging from traditional didactic teaching to Problem/Project Based Learning. As an ex-mathematical-Olympian who has represented Australia in the International Mathematics Olympiad, Marshall has had extensive experience in delivering workshops on olympiad oriented curriculum, and is passionate about integrating problem solving beyond the syllabus into the secondary curriculum as a counterpoint to the common practice of acceleration.
