PhD student in Mathematics Education at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile. I hold a Master's Degree in Mathematics Education from CINVESTAV, Mexico and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education from Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica. In 2021, I was awarded the Honorable Mention of the Simon Bolivar Prize for the best Master's thesis by the Latin American Committee of Mathematics Education (CLAME). In addition to my theoretical training, I have experience as a mathematics teacher at the university level and High School (senior years, International Baccalaureate, MATEM, head department).
