Professional Bio
PhD in both Mathematics and Education, Professor and Researcher at the Universidad Nacional de Concepción, his lines of research are: Statistics and Data Analysis, Mathematics Education and Educational Research. He represents Paraguay before the ICMI and is a member of the Southern Mathematics Education Community generated through the CANP project.
