Ana-Maria Haiduc uses caring theory to investigate teachers' interactions with curriculum resources. Additionally, her research interests include teacher questioning, measurement, cognitive equity, and teacher-student caring relationships. She works to understand teachers’ curricular decisions concerning students' cognitive mathematical processes, specifically as they relate to differentiated instruction. Ana-Maria supports efforts to develop an equitable curriculum created in collaboration by students and teachers.
