Courtney Koestler is the director of the OHIO Center for Equity in Mathematics and Science. They are a former public school teacher with experience with young children in elementary schools and middle schools in culturally, linguistically, and economically diverse communities. Courtney has served as a classroom teacher, a school-based instructional coach, and a university-based teacher educator and researcher.
