Dr. Christine Herrera is an associate professor of mathematics and education at California State University, Chico in the United States. Her scholarship focuses on developing preservice mathematics teachers’ equity-based teaching practices. Herrera teaches a variety of undergraduate mathematics education and mathematics courses.
