Since 2016, Angel Mukuka has lectured in statistics and mathematics education at Mukuba University in Zambia. His postdoctoral research fellowship at Walter Sisulu University in South Africa is now underway. He earned a Master of Science in Mathematics Education from Copperbelt University in Zambia and a PhD in Mathematics Education from the University of Rwanda. His areas of interest include mathematical reasoning and proof, mathematical problem-solving, mathematics teacher education, and technology-based instruction in mathematics classrooms. Angel has 18 publications in reputable conference proceedings and peer-reviewed journals. He has taught mathematics at the secondary and tertiary levels of education for a total of 17 years, both within and outside of Zambia.
